Ground Zero Arts Foundation (“GZAF”) is a Mississippi non-profit corporation organized to operate for charitable purposes. GZAF’s application for recognition of federal tax-exempt status under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code is currently pending with the IRS.

While this application is under review, GZAF operates under the fiscal sponsorship of the Community Foundation of Northwest Mississippi, which is a recognized 501(c)(3) public charity. Contributions made to support GZAF are received by the Community Foundation of Northwest Mississippi and are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law.
